At Wall of Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new home decor. If your art piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Carefully repack your art in its original protective sleeve and reinforced cardboard tube to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated courier; once received at our studio, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
